This week, Aaron's certified for their Open Water Course Dominic Monaghan (plays Charlie on 'Lost' tv series and was Pipin in Lord of the Rings) and Evangline Lilly (plays Kate on 'Lost' tv series). Both finished the class with no trouble and are great divers!

Amongst the stars, meet Bill Donelly! Bill comes to us all the way from Virginia. He is a professed spelunker (explores caves) - but he came out of the caverns long enough to try his underwater exploration. He finished his Open Water Certification and so we asked if he is ready to take the next step.. spelunking underwater!!! He quickly shook his head no.. not yet anyway.

And all the way from down under - no not underwater - THE Down Under!! This young fellow with the Australian accent is Blaise Bratter! First of all Blaise didn't know whether or not to believe me that we were going to put him on our site.. so HI BLAISE!!! He is here on Holiday for two weeks so while in Hawaii he is doing his Nitrox, Deep AND Multi-level Specialty. Too bad he doesn't have somewhere great to dive and practice all these new skills once he goes home.... oh wait... he lives in Sydney... lets all go visit Blaise!

Once or twice a year Instructor Jeff Nance gets to travel to Palmyra and introduce divers to this unique and amazing underwater location. Jeff was headed there this week but during the flight, a piece of protective tape came off the wing and snapped the HF antenna in two, forcing a return back to Honolulu. But don't feel too sorry for him... delayed 2 days.. he will be diving in Palmyra soon hopefully bringing back lots of pictures and a treasure trove of memories!
