    Summer's Coming....

With the onset of summer, you may be diving more often. This time of year it's especially important to take care of your gear. Use the following steps after every dive to ensure proper maintenance so your gear will be ready to go the next time you want to go diving.
    - Always rinse your gear with fresh water after every dive, then dry in the shade before repacking your gear bag to prevent mold and other corrosion.
    - Check your gear for any tears, sticky valves or buttons and get them repaired if needed.
    - Pack your gear bag carefully to prevent strain on hoses and other materials.
    - Never leave your gear out in the sun, it can cause premature deterioration of the fabrics and rubber. Store your gear in a place that is dry and out of the sun.
    - Remember , bugs love to eat masks, so store your mask in the protective container that it was purchased in.
