Moku Manu is a two island piece of the Koolau volcano about 500 yards off Mokapu Point off the Kaneohe Marine Corps Air Station. Diving can be done around, between and seaward of the islands but the current between the islands and the peninsula can be extremely dangerous due to the restricted space for water to flow which increases its speed. There is rich varied marine life including turtles, eels, reef fish and lobster hiding in pukas and caves. Coral is plentiful surrounding the islands. Diving depths are 30 to 90 feet with a drop off to beyond 200 feet seaward of the North island.

Strong Current Between Islets and Peninsula Makes Diving There Prohibitive
