DIVEMASTER PLUS

This course is designed for the individual who is at least a Rescue Diver, and wants to become a PADI Open Water Instructor in the shortest amount of time. This 4-week course will take you through the Divemaster Course, the Instructor Development Course, and finally the Instructors Exam.

During the Divemaster program you will learn how to observe, assist and supervise certain diving activities. Your diving skills are tested and perfected. There is also a series of academic lectures for diving related subjects. A session of water stamina exercises is also completed. An added bonus is a session on how to manage groups in boat dives and give clear, complete dive briefings. This is a very serious responsibility and must be learned properly to ensure the divers safety both on the boats and in the water.

Lastly come the Instructors Development Course. This is where you learn to teach. This course prepares you to pass the final Instructors Exam.

The classroom sessions are relaxed, and the diving is done from both shore and from our boats, giving you a wide variety of dive sites. Your professional instructors help you through every step of the course, giving additional guidance as needed.

To make you an Instructor with more hirable training, you should consider combining the Emergency First Response Instructors course with the hands-on portion of the Resort Pro Management course. With an Instructor rating in these areas, you will be in the select group of instructors who have much more to offer a prospective employer. This program is offered immediately following the Instructors Exam.
